Aave Grants DAO funds builders across the Aave protocol and the wider Ethereum ecosystem. As a grants analyst I evaluated 400+ proposals — developer tooling, DeFi protocols, infrastructure — running each through technical and financial analysis and recommending where capital should go.

Beyond reviewing, I operated and tuned the grants-ops system the DAO ran on, and authored quarterly ecosystem-impact reports, coordinating across contributors, grantees, and DAO leadership.

That operational work built the reputation that led directly to the Arbitrum grants-CRM contract.
